A few thank you's

About 2 1/2 years ago, I attended a baby shower for Susie Wolf. As a thank you gift to her friends, she gave us this:
We tried opening it many times, but it never opened. NOTHING could make that lid budge. It was pushed to the back of the cabinet, the kitchen was remodeled and it was eventually forgotten.

While in NYC, we visited our favorite restaurant and in addition to having the best lobster roll and shoestring fries, they have a killer hot fudge sundae.
This massive sundae has real whipped cream, peanut brittle and lots of hot fudge. And it's served in a sundae glass.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
When we returned home from NYC, we received a wedding gift from our friend Elaine, which contained the following items:
So what happened next? Oh, we OPENED that jar of hot fudge.
And we've been killing the hot fudge sundae's ever since.

Thank you Susie for the hot fudge!
Thank you Mary's Fish Camp for reminding us how a sundae is supposed to be made!
Thank you Elaine for the sundae glasses and sundae spoons!
